Each document created by COMPASS for outside consumption (clients or media) can include agency contact information. This contact information is entered in the Agency Information section of Program Options.
Agency Contact Information
The information entered here is saved as part of the database and as such is immediately available to any other computers networked to COMPASS.
When printing this information on generated documents, any blank lines are omitted.
If an agency logo will be used on printed documents, the Include this information on all printed materials box controls whether or not the agency's information is printed along with the logo. If the logo image includes the agency's address and phone numbers, remove the check mark from this box to prevent COMPASS from duplicating this information.
