To change a schedule's status from proposal to order, select the Status drop down on the Schedule Detail window and change the setting to Order.

Once a media proposal is designated as an order, any other proposals for that media remaining in the order are marked in gray on the Campaign Information window. These can be selected and printed, and can also be opened in the Schedule Detail window, but only in Read Only mode where any edits made cannot be saved.

Once a schedule has been switched to an order and the change saved, the change can be reversed until the Schedule Detail windows is closed. However, even after the window is closed, it is possible to Restore an Order to a Proposal.
