When a proposal is open in the Schedule Detail window, it can be duplicated for the same media by clicking the Duplicate This Proposal button. Duplicating proposals allows a client to consider more than one schedule option. Once a schedule becomes an order the function of this button changes to allow revisions and cancellations.

Duplicate a Proposal
When duplicating a proposal, an alert will be displayed asking for confirmation that you really want to duplicate the schedule. Click Yes to proceed with the duplication. Once duplicated, the new proposal can be modified as desired, leaving the original proposal intact.
Proposal can also be duplicated to the same media on the Campaign Information window by first highlighting the desired media in the Media list and clicking the Duplicate Proposal
on the tool bar.
Initially, when a schedule is created it is marked as Prp 1. When the proposal is duplicated using the Duplicate This Proposal button, the original proposal is copied as Prp 2. When such a copy is made, the new copy becomes the active schedule in the Schedule Detail window.
If the need arises to create a new, empty proposal, after duplication click on the Erase Weeks
button on the tool bar. See the topic Erase Selected Weeks for details.
In addition to the Current Proposal shown above, the top of the Schedule Detail window (directly below the tool bar) always shows the client's name and the proposal number. Handy for checking which proposal is currently displayed.
There is no limit to the number of proposal copies that can be generated.
Whenever a copy of a proposal is made, the next highest number available will be assigned to it. For example, if proposals number 1, 2, and 3 are present and proposal number 2 is deleted, any subsequent copy of the proposal would be designated as proposal #4 (the next highest number available).
If some proposals are deleted, leaving a number gap that might be confusing to a client, it is possible to Renumber Proposals.
