When entering information in any grid, the Enter key functions the same as the Tab key. Holding down Shift and pressing Enter or Tab backs up one field in the grid. The keyboard arrow keys can also be used for moving column to column (left/right arrow keys) or row to row (up/down arrow keys).
After entering information in a grid cell, always be sure to press Enter or Tab. The grid doesn't "know" data entry is complete until one of these keys is pressed. Clicking off the grid with the mouse (and not pressing Enter or Tab) leaves the grid cell in a suspended state, which means the data might not be saved properly.
Once the end of a schedule line is reached, pressing Enter or Tab moves to the first cell of the following row. When at the first cell of a schedule line, holding down Shift and pressing Enter or Tab moves to the last editable cell of the previous schedule line.
The following information pertains only to the weekly, multi-week, and traffic grids.
To speed up data entry, when on row 2 or greater hold down the Ctrl key and press Tab or Enter to copy the contents of the cell immediately above to the corresponding cell on the current row. For example if the Mask, Start Time, and End Time of the current row will be the same as the previous row, hold down Ctrl and press Tab or Enter to copy them to the current cell and avoid repetitive typing.
When any cell of the above-named grids is highlighted, hold down the Ctrl key and press Down Arrow on the keyboard to copy the contents of that cell to the same cell one row down.
When the mouse pointer moves over the entry grid, a pop-up help window appears briefly with information on the grid column beneath. To force this help text to remain displayed, press and hold the Shift key while moving the mouse slowly across the grid. The help text will continue to be displayed as the pointer is moved until Shift is released or the mouse stops moving for five seconds. This feature can be helpful when first working with the program to help understand what each column does and what values may be entered. Note this feature is not available if pop-up tool tip help has been disabled in the General Preferences tab of Program Options.
After two or more rows have been entered in the grid, the row order can be adjusted:
•Use the mouse to left click on the row number of the line to be moved. Then press and hold the Shift key on the keyboard, and click the row number a second time. This will highlight the entire row. Only single row selections may be moved. If multiple rows are inadvertently selected, click on any non-selected row to clear the selection.
•Once the row is highlighted, release the Shift key, then use the Up/Down Arrow keys on the keyboard to move the line up or down, respectively.
•When finished moving, click anywhere on the grid to remove the highlight. This terminates the move.
Note that if the option Move bonus ads to bottom is checked, all schedule lines for that week containing bonus ads will be relocated to the bottom of the schedule when the schedule is saved or a different week of the schedule is selected, regardless of any manual adjustments.
Select one row in the grid where you want to insert, delete, or copy. Then hold down Shift and click a second time to highlight the entire row.

1. Left click on any single row to select

2. Hold down Shift key and click again to highlight
Additional rows can be added to the selection by continuing to hold down Shift while clicking them with the mouse. Rows must be contiguous. Then, right click the grid to display a pop-up menu of options.

3. Right click row to display menu options
•Insert: Blank rows equal to the number of lines selected will be inserted above or below the selected block of lines. New blank lines must be given a description at minimum before leaving the current week or closing the window, otherwise they will be deleted.
•Copy: Places the selected row(s) in memory for later insertion elsewhere in the schedule grid, including in a different week.
•Paste: (Only available after Copy) Hold down Shift and left click the first row number where copied information is to inserted. The number of rows pasted will correspond with the number of rows copied. An alert box will warn if the paste operation will overwrite existing data, with an option to proceed or cancel the operation. Temporary blank rows can be created before pasting, if needed.
•Cut: Removes the highlighted row(s) from the grid, copying them for possible pasting.
•Delete: Removes the highlighted row(s) from the grid, but does not copy them for possible pasting. Highlighted rows can also be removed by pressing the Delete key on your keyboard.
Rows copied from the weekly schedule grid cannot be pasted into the grid for spanning multiple weeks and the reverse is also true.
If one or more blank rows are included in the selection, the right click menu will not appear. Only non-blank rows can be selected for inserting, copying, or deleting.

Ctrl - Q: Exit Schedule Detail window.
