Tool Bar & Client Info

The Traffic Instructions Tool Bar controls many of the functions and features when working in the Traffic Instructions window. The tool bar buttons include:

New Traffic

 

New Traffic — Initiates a new set of traffic instructions for the media. Offers choices of starting with a blank slate, retaining the existing traffic for modification, or bringing back a previous set of traffic instructions for re-issuing.

Save

 

Save — Saves any pending changes. Can also save by pressing Ctrl + S.

Lock

 

Lock — Locks the current instructions to prevent the saving of any changes. Each click of the tool bar button toggles the condition between "Locked" and "Unlocked".

Undo

 

Undo — Reverses the last change.

Redo

 

Redo — Restores the last undo.

Copy

 

Copy — Copy the currently displayed traffic to one or more other selected media on the campaign.

Erase

 

Erase — Completely erase the all the information in the Traffic Detail and Delivery Summary grids. Allows starting over without creating new traffic.

Import Traffic

 

Import Traffic — Import traffic instructions from the same or a different campaign/media.

Delete

 

Delete — Deletes the traffic record as if no traffic for the order ever existed. Does not roll back to previous traffic.

Print

 

Print — Generates a PDF of the traffic instructions.

Email

 

Email — Generates a PDF of the traffic instructions and attaches it to an email generated via the designated email client.

Issued

 

Issued — Marks the traffic instructions as issued to the media. See Issue Notifications.

Traffic History

 

Traffic History — Generates a PDF of all traffic instructions for the selected campaign/media. Does not include Delivery Summaries.

Help

 

Help — Opens this help file

Exit

 

Exit — Exit the Traffic Instructions window. Can also exit by pressing Ctrl + Q.

The Client Information section identifies the client, campaign, and other relevant information. None of these items are editable from this window.
