The Media Information section of Traffic Instructions includes information on which addressees will receive copies of the instructions when they are emailed to media. The information presented is not directly editable from the traffic instruction window.
Traffic Instructions Media Information
•Representative: The name, phone numbers, and email address of the media sales representative who will be included as a CC on the traffic instruction email. If the Email field is blank, the representative will be omitted from the email.
•Traffic: COMPASS allows copies of the traffic instructions to be sent to the "main" traffic email, a specific traffic person, or both.
Whatever fields in the Traffic section are populated with an email address will receive the email as the primary recipient. If both Traffic - Email and the bottom Email field are blank, the To field of the generated email will have to be filled in manually. See Media Information for more details about specifying these addresses.
•Additional Emails: Any additional emails that have been specified as part of the media will be listed in this section. Place a check mark in the box next to any address to add them as a CC on the traffic instruction email. Note that this feature is only available when COMPASS Mail is enabled.
Click the View Order button to display a PDF of the current traffic's broadcast order.
Click the Edit Media button to open the Media Information window for the currently selected media where changes to the displayed information can be entered/updated.
