The Schedule Detail Tool Bar controls most of the functions and navigation when working in the Schedule Detail window. The tool bar buttons include:

Save Changes — Makes any pending changes permanent. This button is enabled when alterations are made to the schedule, notes, comments or any other information affecting the media schedule. Same as pressing Ctrl + S at the keyboard. |
|
|
Lock — Operates as a safety switch to prevent inadvertent changes. Click once to lock out changes; click a second time to unlock and allow changes to be saved. |
|
|
First Week — Jumps to the beginning (first available) week of the media schedule. This button is disabled if the week displayed is the first week. |
|
|
Previous Week — Moves the grid display to the previous available week in the schedule. Because of Omit Weeks, the previous week displayed is not necessarily the previous chronological week. This button is disabled when the selection reaches the first available week of the schedule. |
|
|
Current Week — If the schedule includes the current calendar week (in "real time") this button will be enabled (unless the display is already on the week that is the current week. Clicking it jumps directly to the week of the schedule that corresponds to the current calendar week. |
|
|
Next Week — Moves the grid display to the next available week in the schedule. Because of Omit Weeks, the next week displayed is not necessarily the next chronological week. This button is disabled when the selection reaches the last available week of the schedule. |

|
Final Week — Jumps to the final (last available) week of the media schedule. This button is disabled if the week displayed is the final week. |
|
|
Undo Previous — Removes the previous change made to any element on the Schedule Detail window, restoring whatever previous value or setting was present. Same as pressing Ctrl + Z at the keyboard. |
|
|
Redo Last — Restores the previous undo. Same as pressing Ctrl + Y at the keyboard. |
|
|
Selective Copy Weeks — Allows the copying of selected portions of a week's schedule to other weeks for the same media. See the topic Selective Copying for more information. |
|
|
Adjust Weeks — Allows blank weeks to be inserted/deleted at the beginning or middle of an existing schedule, optionally adjusting week dates as needed. See Adjust Weeks. |
|
|
Copy by Week Title — Copies currently displayed week to all other weeks in the schedule containing the same title. |
|
|
Global Copy Weeks — Copies the entire schedule for the currently displayed week to all weeks in the schedule. |
|
|
Global Line Editor — Displays each unique line in a schedule, with any edits applying to all instances of that line across the entire schedule. Use with caution. |
|
|
Erase Selected Weeks — Clears all schedule information from selected weeks in the schedule. If cells in the schedule grid have been selected via the mouse, only those cells will be erased. See Erase Selected Weeks. |
|
|
Compare Weeks — Generates a report comparing the currently selected week to other selected weeks in the schedule in which all differences are flagged. See Compare Weeks. |
|
|
Copy Schedule to Another Media — Copies the currently displayed media's schedule to one or more other media on the same campaign. See Copy Schedule to Another Media. |
|
|
Generate PDF — Opens the Email/Print Schedule window where one or more media schedules may be selected for emailing or printing as a PDF document for the client or media. |
|
|
Generate Broadcast Calendar — Creates a PDF broadcast calendar showing the weeks of the current schedule. |
|
|
Mark as Issued to Media — Flags the order information as having been issued to media. See Issue Notifications. |
|
|
Traffic Instructions — Opens the Traffic Instructions window where traffic for the selected order can be created. |
|
|
Reconcile Schedule — This feature is not yet enabled. |
|
|
Streaming Calculator — Utility for assisting in determining an accurate cost per thousand for streaming media orders. |
|
|
Help — Opens this help file. Same as pressing the F1 function key. |
|
|
Exit — Close the Schedule Detail window and return to the Campaign Information window. Same as pressing Ctrl + Q at the keyboard. |
